August's Madness

Emmett's Update;
Turns out so far we are on Emmett's 3rd Ear infection! This last time i waited to try and let his body run its course instead of getting medicine right away for him again. Turns out the Doctor said Quote:"his Left ear is HORRIBLE"! He actually got a couple of different things perscribed 2 him, 2 things to fight the infection and 2 different things to help with his pain.
During that Last Ear infection *5 days into the Antibiotic, Emmett was due for his 4 month Vaccine's which he had a appt for.
That day i was hessitant to give him shots becaue of happened 5 days ago?! But the Doctor assured me it was really fine by now to give Emmett shots (because his ears looked alot better)!
Emmett got his shots and his regular check up;
Length is in the 70th %
Head is in the 20%
Weight is in the 30%
I came home, gave Derek the 411.
Derek said he was very Allergic to one of the shots he got (pertussiss, aka whooping cough). It nearly killed derek at his 4 month check up, it swelled Dereks Air ways...he was hospitalized.
Any ways...Emmett took after his daddy in a way milder case though!

Emmett just got hot itchy hives...turns out there is something here i can help him with and thats a cup of , yup BAKING SOADA and a cool bath!~Thank you Aunt Allyn for the GREAT tip!!!!!! After the 1st bath of BAKING SOADA, Emmett was a Happy camper. I did this a couple more times in following 24 hours and they were gone!

Moments of being a mom...so i thought im just gonna let Emmett play in the crib to get some house work done and let the older 3 play in the boys room, well i am sure all u moms out there knows you get one room clean and the one you left the kids in is a whole different story** so its like IMPOSSIBLE 4 me to get Every single room clean with children home..... Never mind there Creative Body ART!

Seriously whats a GiRl 2 do when she desperatly needs a pedi and money is tight??!
well this was kimmies IdeA~~take it 4 what it is worth!! LOL
